What Can You Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase at 2infinityclothingco.

All returns of full price items or sale items must be received within 14 days of receipt to receive store credit only. You may return the item for store credit or to exchange it for a different size or product. We do not offer refunds to credit cards or original payment methods. Please note: if a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the item(s) purchased will be refunded for the discounted amount, not the full price.

To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements:

• Store credit is issued only for the value of the items purchased. It does not include shipping costs
• Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• All refused shipments by customers after order ships will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs
• We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories, belts, bathing suits, handbags, jewelry, leather goods or lingerie
• If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer
• Orders cannot be cancelled. You will receive a store credit.

All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of 2infinityclothingco.

We are not responsible for lost returned packages or compensation for the lost returned package.

How to Return Merchandise

A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA number, please email us at [email protected] . When shipping your return include an original copy of the order. Please use you original order number as your RA number. If you do not have a copy of your original order, include a note with your RA#, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subjected to inspection. Ship all merchandise prepaid to:
